Rules (since 2026-09-15): a launcher/CLI-connected agent (cloud starter agents excluded) and one real conversation with it — a message from the user and a reply from the agent. No minimum number of days. The "inactive before joining" rule for returning accounts is not automated — use the account-created date and the activity chips to judge.
